Contract Type FiledOctober 16th, 2018This form will serve as an agreement between the EOR, Developer/Owner, and HNWS, that the requirements of the HNWS Guideline Standards & Specifications will be adhered to throughout the construction and close-out process. Project Approval is granted with the understanding that all requirements of construction and close-out will be met. This form will serve as a way for the Contractor to verify that the HNWS Inspector was present for certain milestones which require the presence of HNWS staff. The original form turned in for Project Approval will be returned to the EOR once the material submittals have been approved by HNWS Engineering. HNWS Engineering will decide whether or not any of the requirements below are to be waived. The HNWS Inspector shall be notified no less than 48 hours in advance of all work which requires the Inspector's initials.
