Proposal/Agreement for Developer Fee Justification Study • October 21st, 2019

The objective of this project is to determine if a reasonable relationship exists between new residential, commercial, and industrial development and the need for new and/or reconstructed school facilities in the Westmorland Union Elementary School District. The study will be documented to provide the District with the justification necessary to levy developer fees as authorized by Education Code Section 17620. The report will comply with any new legislative requirements to date, including SB 1693 and AB 3081 requirements.
