This Voting Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of April __, 2025, is entered into by and between the undersigned stockholders (each, “Stockholder” and, collectively, “Stockholders”) of Coeptis Therapeutics Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”), and Z Squared Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”).
