These Quote Based Services Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions” and together with the Quote that is hereby incorporated by this reference, collectively, this “Agreement”) create a binding agreement between Mesa Natural Gas Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Mesa”) and the Customer identified on the Quote.
