THIS CONTRACT entered into this 15th day of September, 2022 (effective date), is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of State of California (COUNTY), and People Assisting the Homeless (PATH), a California nonprofit corporation (CONTRACTOR). COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Contract shall be administered by County Executive Office or an authorized designee (“ADMINISTRATOR”).
