An agreement has been made with United Airport Georgia on reconstruction of the unused runway, one of two runways at Tbilisi International Airport operated by TAV Urban Georgia LLC whose 76% shares are owned by TAV Airports Holding. As per the agreement, an investment of USD 65 million will be made for the re-construction of the runway. The operational rights of TAV Urban Georgia have been extended for 10 years 9 months from February 2027 to November 8, 2037 within the scope of the agreement of Built-Operate-Transfer in exchange for the reconstruction investment. It has been planned to get the investment on reconstruction of the runway started in September 2012 and complete the project in less than 2 years.

The value of investment of EPBIH is 6.6 million euros.

Higashimatsushima City (Mayor: Hideo Abe) and Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Akira Ichikawa; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) signed off on an agreement today to work together on the post-disaster reconstruction of Higashimatsushima City in Miyagi Prefecture. Under the agreement, the two parties will carry out activities aimed at creating new industry and rebuilding the city with a focus on the use of sustainable timber resources, as concrete plans for the city’s “FutureCity” initiative.
Croatia: An agreement on HPP Senj reconstructionReconstruction Agreement • September 19th, 2022
HPP Senj was commissioned in 1965. It has installed capacity of 216 MW and average annual electricity generation of 970 GWh or some 20 % of hydro production in Croatia. Croatian state-owned power utility HEP and several companies within the Koncar Group have signed an agreement on the replacement of primary equipment at hydropower plant Senj, worth some 44 million euros. The agreement is a part of a broader project for HPP Senj reconstruction worth a total of 74 million euros, which will increase its installed capacity by 20 MW.
