This contract is entered into by School’s Out Washington, hereinafter referred to as “SOWA,” and Kent School District, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor.” This replaces any previous agreement between SOWA and the Contractor. All rights and obligations of the parties to this contract shall be subject to and governed by the terms and conditions contained in the text of this contract.
