This Registration and Tuition Contract ("Contract") is a requirement for registration of all children for the 2019-20 school year at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School ("St. Francis"), a ministry of St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, Metairie, Louisiana. This Contract must be signed by a parent, guardian or other person responsible for each child. The person who executes this Contract and registers a child or children is financially responsible for payment of applicable fees, deposits and tuition for the 2019-20 school year, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Contract. Unless otherwise agreed by St. Francis on or prior to the end of the applicable registration week, each parent shall be liable to St. Francis for the payment in full of the tuition, fees and other charges due to St. Francis. St Francis will not divide tuition, fees or other charges between divorced or separated parents.
