THIS RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY (this “Agreement”) witnesses that for good and valuable consideration, including the assistance and support of Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology (the “College”) in connection with the trip or internship described above, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, I, the undersigned, hereby covenant and agree with the College as follows:
