On November 20, 2018, you filed on behalf of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) a revised interconnection service agreement (ISA) among PJM, Dynegy Zimmer, LLC and Duke Energy Business Services LLC, acting as agent for Duke Energy Ohio, Inc.1 You state that PJM is submitting the revised ISA for filing because it contains terms and conditions that do not conform to the pro forma ISA set forth in Attachment O to the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff. Among other things, the revised ISA contains an additional 20 MW of capacity interconnection rights and includes a set of milestones.
