THIS CONTRACT is entered into this the day of , 2025, by and between, Superior Paving Corporation (NC), a Virginia Corporation with its principal business offices located at 5551 Wellington Road, Gainesville, VA 20155 (the “Contractor”), and the Town of Apex, a municipal corporation of the State of North Carolina, (the “Town”). Town and Contractor may collectively be referred to as “Parties” hereinafter.
