A number of issues relating to the Advisory Committee‟s Rules of Procedure arose during the 5th meeting of the Committee. Consideration of these issues was deferred to the inter- sessional period. Parties were invited to submit comments on these and other issues and these comments were integrated as far as possible into a new working draft. This draft is attached below; the draft includes notes of the changes suggested so that Committee members may see where changes have been suggested. A few broad comments may help Committee members understand why some changes have been proposed.
