The purpose of this Contract is to define the terms and conditions (the "SaaS Service Terms & Conditions") that rule the relationship between, Toucantoco SAS., Corporation having its principal place of business at 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 562, 75008 Paris, France, registered number 801 300 526, hereof (hereinafter "TOUCAN TOCO"), and the customer identified in the Purchase order (hereinafter the "Customer"), with respect to the SaaS Service Terms & Conditions provided by TOUCAN TOCO. The Contract constitutes the entire Contract between TOUCAN TOCO and the Customer for the provision of the Services. The provisions of the Purchase Order shall prevail over the SaaS Terms of Service. The Customer expressly waives the application of its own terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Purchase Order, by signing the Purchase Order, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has
