The goal of this contract is to assist the Minnesota Department of Transportation (STATE) and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) in developing plans for an improved Trunk Highway (TH)72/ Highway 11 Rainy River crossing in the Baudette, Minnesota and Rainy River, Ontario area. This contract will conduct the structure type study, environmental documentation, stakeholder coordination, alignment alternatives and cost estimates associated with those alternatives. Completion of these tasks is necessary to move forward with developing replacement plans and ultimately constructing this bridge.
