This Short Term Spectrum Manager Lease Agreement (the “Lease Agreement”) is entered into as of October 12, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CELLCO PARTNERSHIP d/b/a VERIZON WIRELESS, a Delaware general partnership, with its principal offices located at One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 (“Lessor”), and THE JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY APPLIED PHYSICS LAB LLC, a Maryland limited liability corporation, with its principal offices located at 11100 Johns Hopkins Road, Laurel, MD 20723 (“Lessee”) (each a “Party”, and collectively the “Parties”).
