This Software-As-a-Service Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs all Order Forms entered into by and between PeopleDoc, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 535 8th Ave., Ste 1800, New York, NY 11018 (“PeopleDoc”) and the customer named on the signature page of such Order Form (the “Customer”). This Agreement governs the use and provision of any Services purchased by Customer as described in any Order Form. Terms not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the applicable Order Form.
