The licenser HEXAGON GmbH, Berlin, assigns the right to the licensee to use the above mentioned software for a period of at least 10 years. This right cannot be transferred to another company and does not provide exclusive rights. The licensee is entitled to use the software entrusted to him on the computer described below. Installation on a file server or terminal server or remote access is not allowed.
