Upon CLIENT’s acceptance of this proposal, as evidenced by CLIENT’s signature below and payment of the required deposit, this proposal shall become a binding agreement between the parties and Lighthouse Solar agrees to undertake the work described herein, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
