THIS SOPPA ADDENDUM ("Addendum"), effective simultaneously with the attached EmbraceIEP® Contract or EmbraceDS® Contract (the "Agreement") by and between Brecht's Database Solutions, Inc. d/b/a/ Embrace®, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Illinois (the "Company") and Maywood School District 89 (the "LEA"), is incorporated in the attachedAgreement and modifies and overrides the relevant terms of the Agreement (and all supplemental terms and conditions and policies applicable to the Agreement) as follows:
