These Standard Contractual Clauses, along with all annexes attached (the “Clauses”), are between Traction Sales And Marketing Inc. (“ToD”) and the Contractor in a Master Contractor Agreement (“Contractor”) (each a “party”, together the “parties”) and is attached and incorporated into that agreement as between the parties (the “Master Contractor Agreement”) as of the Effective Date of the Master Contractor Agreement.
