This Standard Software License and Services Agreement which includes the attached Exhibits Appendices (“this Agreement”) is between New World Systems Corporation (“New World”), a Michigan Corporation and City of Sarasota, Florida (“Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which New World will furnish the Licensed Products and will provide certain services described herein to Customer.
