These standard terms of service (“Terms”) apply to any Order Form between Bynder Ltd (“Bynder”) and the entity that has executed the Order Form (“Customer”). Bynder’s Global Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Service Level Agreement, located at www.bynder.com/en/legal (collectively the “Usage Policies”), are hereby incorporated by reference into each Order Form, and all Order Forms together constitute this agreement (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”)
