This Agreement is entered into by and between the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT), an agency of state government with its headquarters at 24 Child Street in Augusta, Maine, and the City of Sanford (the City), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine, with its principal administrative offices located at 919 Main Street in Sanford, Maine. (MaineDOT and the City are referred to collectively as the Parties and individually as a Party.)
