This STRATEGIC DIGITAL ASSETS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), by and between Applied DNA Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 50 Health Sciences Drive, Stony Brook, NY 11790 (“Client”), and Cypress LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2067 Calle Espana #4 San Juan, PR 00911 (“Services Provider”), is entered into as of September 29, 2025 (the “Effective Date”).
