The Department of Law of Roma Tre University, represented by the Director, Prof. Paolo Benvenuti and the Faculty of LAW of Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), represented by the Dean, Prof. Wang Jing, under the terms of the Framework Cooperation Agreement signed on 23 June 2004 and in particular pertaining Area of Interest No. 2 identified as “Co-operation in the study programmes of the students enrolled in both Institutions”, the parties agree to the following:
