This is a Sub-Geographic Area Operating Plan (OP) meant to address issues affecting cooperation, interagency working relationships and protocols, financial arrangements, and joint activities across the State of Wyoming. The OP details operating procedures applicable across the State and those applicable to specific districts. Procedures applicable to specific districts are included in Attachments (A, B, C, D, and E), District Specific Procedures, which are incorporated herein by this reference.
