The following subscription end-user license and services agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legal agreement between the company or entity on whose behalf you are entering into this Agreement (“Licensee”) and Protegrity USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Licensor”), with its principal office at 1165 E Wilmington Avenue, Suite 200, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106, USA.
