This Core Cost Specification for the Fully Furnished and Equipped Accommodation sets out the overarching expectations of services and goods to be included in the Price having full regard for the Guidance and the requirements of the Conditions of Contract and the Service Specification. Where the anticipated cost for a Placement is agreed to be exceptional this shall be discussed between the Council and the Provider, and where agreed such costs shall be included in the Individual Placement Agreement (Schedule 6) as a Bespoke Service.
