Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “JOGMEC”) and COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) hereby agree that subject to the terms and conditions hereunder, COMPANY (the registered address) will assign its associate individual as Lecturer and JOGMEC shall invite the Lecturer to its facilities located at (address: TRC or JOGMEC Head office) and the Lecturer shall provide JOGMEC with a technical seminar (hereinafter called “the Services”).
