This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of 20 , by and between the Georgia Department of Revenue (hereinafter referred to as the “Department”), an agency of the State of Georgia, whose address for purposes of this Agreement is 1800 Century Blvd., Suite 15300, Atlanta, GA 30345-3205 and GADA Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association (hereinafter referred to as “GADA”), a non-profit organization, individually and as agent for certain dealers (as delineated herein) now and in the future, whose address for purposes of this Agreement is 2060 Powers Ferry Rd., SE, Atlanta, GA 30339 (the Department and GADA are hereinafter individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
