This Contract by and between the City of Chula Vista (hereinafter referred to as “City”), and the South Bay Community Services (hereinafter referred to as “Subrecipient”) to administer a Tenant Based Rental Assistance and Security Deposit Program funded with HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds, is effective on July 15, 2015 (“Effective Date”).
