INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Termination Agreement”) is made and entered into this 13th day of July 2023, by and between the TOWN OF CASTLE ROCK, a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (the “Town”), and LANTERNS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of
