Special order returns are accepted on materials of 5 full cartons or more in good selling condition and within 30 days of the sale invoice, unless otherwise stated. When special order returns are accepted there will be a manufacturer/distributor restocking charge of 25% plus freight. Dugan’s will make a reasonable effort to obtain all materials in a timely manner, but cannot be held responsible for manufacture shipping

They are dedicated and hard working, and they care deeply about the safety, education, and social experience of the campers. Our staff works together to ensure that each camper has a rewarding experience at Summer Ink. This combined effort allows for our campers to grow in ways that can profoundly influence their success in school and beyond. As such, we ask that campers and parents/guardians carefully read and agree to our terms.
