(“Company”) and any individual or legal entity who completes the registration process for Company’s web-based ticketing platform known as “Events 365” and related services (the “E365 Platform”) and clicks the “I Agree” or “Acceptance” button on the web page on which this Agreement is displayed (“Client”).
