THIS TIFIA MASTER CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 22, 2016, is by and between CENTRAL PUGET SOUND REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY, d/b/a Sound Transit, a Washington regional transit authority created under the laws of the State of Washington, with an address of 401 S. Jackson Street, Seattle, Washington 98104 (the “Borrower”), and the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the United States of America, acting by and through the Executive Director of the Build America Bureau (the “Executive Director”), with an address of 1200 New Jersey Avenue, S.E., Washington, D.C. 20590 (the “TIFIA Lender”).
