This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between World Class Office Installers, Inc., 14021 Industrial Rd., Omaha, NE 68144 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated February 15, 2023, executed under City Directorial Order No. 29505, and County Contract C-23- 0062, February 7, 2023, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 21, 2023, for Unit Price – System Installation/Moving Services, Bid No. 22-270, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
