This Amendment Number Five (hereinafter “Amendment Five”) to Contract Number MA-026-21011495 for Victim Witness Assistance Program is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between Waymakers, a California nonprofit corporation (hereinafter “Contractor”); and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter “County”), for the Office of the District Attorney – Public Administrator, which are sometimes referred to individually as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
