Wage and Fringe Benefit Allocation Agreement • June 5th, 2024

Negotiations between the Laborers’ District Council and the AGC Columbia Chapter of Oregon and SW Washington have been completed. The new agreement covers three years and is effective June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2027. There has been a $3.50 total package increase for all classifications and some new groups and classification changes. From that increase, fifty cents ($0.50) per hour is allocated to the fringe package; Health C Welfare ($0.10), Defined Benefit Pension ($.10), Defined Contribution Pension ($0.25) and five cents ($0.05) to Training. The remaining increase will go to wages.
