WILLOW VISTA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between THE TOWN OF MARANA, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “Town”), and FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE AGENCY, INC., an Arizona corporation, as Trustee under Trust No. 60,411 only and not in its corporate capacity (the “Owner”). The Town and the Owner are sometimes collec- tively referred to as the “Parties,” each of which is sometimes individually referred to as a “Par- ty.”
