This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”), dated for convenience February 10, 2023, is entered into by and between San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) and the San Francisco Unified School District by and on behalf of the College and Career Readiness Department (hereafter, “District” or “SFUSD”), in order to provide work-based learning (“WBL”) experiences for District student(s) in the Business/Organization, as detailed in this Agreement.
