Absolute TSR Performance means the Company’s TSR for the Measurement Period.

Absolute TSR Performance means, for any Performance Period, a percentage calculated by dividing the Company TSR for such Performance Period by the Company Stock Price on the Trading Day immediately preceding January 1 of such Performance Period.

Absolute TSR Performance means the Company’s total shareholder return during the Performance Period, which reflects the percentage change in the closing price of a share of Stock on the last trading day before the beginning of the Performance Period (i.e., December 30, 2023) to the closing price of a share of Stock on the last trading day during the Performance Period (plus common stock dividends paid during the Performance Period, assuming immediate reinvestment of such dividends in additional shares of Stock). The Absolute TSR Performance shall be determined by the Committee using the Bloomberg Terminal’s Total Return Analysis (“TRA”) function to derive the total return percentage in respect of the Performance Period in accordance with the previous sentence. If the Bloomberg Terminal’s TRA function is not available, the Absolute TSR Performance shall be determined using the equivalent successor to such function; provided that, if there is no such successor, the Absolute TSR Performance in respect of the Performance Period shall be determined by the Committee in good faith using a generally accepted method for calculating total shareholder return.

Examples of Absolute TSR Performance in a sentence

  • For Absolute TSR Performance at or above eighteen percent (18%) and less than one hundred percent (100%), vesting of Absolute Component LTIP Units shall be calculated by linear interpolation utilizing computer-based, spreadsheet formula.

  • Y = the higher of (i) the maximum Absolute TSR Threshold attained for the Performance Period, or (ii) the maximum Relative TSR Threshold attained for the Performance Period, in each case after adding any applicable Excess TSR to the Absolute TSR Performance or Relative TSR Performance, as applicable.

Related to Absolute TSR Performance

  • Basket Performance means a decimal number calculated by applying the following formula:

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.
