Index Performance definition

Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula:
Index Performance means in respect of an Index the percentage appreciation or depreciation of the Final IndexLevel compared to its Initial IndexLevel.

  • The Company will then measure ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index Performance over the same period by dividing the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index Closing Price by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index Baseline with the quotient expressed as a percentage of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index Baseline (the “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index Percentage Performance”).
