Access Device definition

Access Device means a card, plate, code, account number, per- sonal identification number, electronic serial number, mobile identi- fication number, or other telecommunications service, equipment, or instrument identifier or means of account access that alone or in conjunction with another device may be used to:
Access Device means access equipment, including but not limited to a personal computer, tablet or a Mobile Device that meets the requirements for use of the Service.
Access Device means any electronic device you use to apply for credit, access your account, engage with us and/or view electronic Documents. This includes but is not limited to a traditional computer such as a desktop or laptop computer; or a mobile device such as a tablet computer or a smartphone.

More Definitions of Access Device

Access Device means any card, electronic access device and/or any codes, passwords or personal identification numbers (PIN) that we issue to allow you to access and/or use any account or other services. With regard to online or internet transactions an access device shall also include any computer, smart-phone or other hardware used to make or process a transaction.
