Accessing the Services. 4.1. Limited Licence We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Site solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Accessing the Services. 3.1 Only persons who have registered may make use of the Services via the Mobile Application and/or Website. 3.2 To register for and use the Services on the Mobile Application and/or Website you will be required to: 3.2.1 agree to these Terms; 3.2.2 provide us with all the information we require in order to make the Services available to you, including but not limited to: (i) your personal details; (ii) details relating to your medical practice, and (iii) confirmation of your registration at the Health Professions Council of South Africa ("HPCSA"). 3.3 You agree that we may use the information provided to us in terms of clause 3.2.2 to conduct a check with the HPCSA to confirm your registration with the HPCSA. 3.4 When logging on to use the Services, you will be requested to enter your Login Details. You may at any time change your Login Details. You will be solely responsible for keeping these Login Details secret. You agree to notify us immediately should you suspect that another person has obtained access to your Login Details or if you are aware of any unauthorised use of your Login Details. 3.5 To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for any Loss or damage you, your Patients or any other party may suffer if any other person accesses the Services using your Login Details. 3.6 To access the Services, you must have access to an Android or Apple (iOS) mobile device (phone/ tablet) or computer, which is able to connect to the internet and to download and receive content.
Accessing the Services. You agree to access the Services through a Caremerge approved application, including, but not limited to, a web browser or through an application made available through iTunes and other third-party distribution platforms (“Applications”), and specifically agree not to use any third-party applications to access the Services. You further agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other automatic device, manual process or application or data mining or extraction tool to access, monitor, copy or use the Services. You agree not to take any other action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Services. In addition, you agree not to link to the Services other than through the home page located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or through the Applications.

Your access and use of the Services is conditioned on your compliance with this Agreement. 2.2 We may provide you with credentials to access some of the Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You agree to comply with all Applicable Law. 2.4 In order to use some of the Services, you will need to satisfy an onboarding process, along with our Compliance Program. For example, we may have to verify your identity or source of funds, or ask you for additional information. We may request personally identifiable information such as network address, name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth, taxpayer identification or social security number, official government-issued photo identification, and bank account information or other information we may reasonably deem helpful in satisfying our risk management or legal obligations. In providing this information to us, you represent that it is accurate and you agree to update your User Account and/or Wallet Account information promptly, but in no event later than 14 days following any change in your information. If you fail to provide us with needed information, or keep your information updated, some Services may not be available to you (and you might not be able to access your funds). 2.5 We will use the Services to communicate with you (such as our website or mobile applications). We may also use the email address or telephone number you provide us. 2.6 We may enable or disable any or all of the Services, your access to such Services, or your User Account or Wallet Account at any time and for any reason. You may close your User Account or Wallet Account at any time and for any reason. Depending on the Services available to you, we may require you to take certain actions in order to complete a pending transaction or provide additional information prior to closing your User Account or Wallet Account. Accessing the Services. To use SHWDWN’s Platform, you must be thirteen years of age or older and register or sign up for an account and provide certain, individualized information. In doing so, you become a SHWDWN account holder (“Account Holder”). Account Holder represents and warrants that: (i) all required registration and account information submitted is truthful, current and accurate; (ii) Account Holder will maintain the accuracy of such information; (iii) Account Holder will not violate any United States or other applicable law or regulation in connection with the use of the Platform. Account ▇▇▇▇▇▇ also agrees to maintain the security of the account and promptly notify SHWDWN if it is discovered or suspected that someone has accessed Account ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s account without permission. If we believe that the information Account Holder provides is not correct, current or complete, we have the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform. SHWDWN may also suspend or terminate Account Holder’s account and/or access to the Platform at any time upon becoming aware of any violation or threatened violation of the Agreement, any security or other threat to our systems, technology, business, other people, or other matters warranting such suspension or termination. SHWDWN is not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Platform. When you choose username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the Platform or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information. If, however, you permit others to use the account credentials, you are responsible for the activities of such users that take place in connection with that account. Accessing the Services a. The use of Internet Services is carried out entirely at your own risk. b. MAWINGU shall have no responsibility for, or control over, the Internet Services you access and do not guarantee that any services are error or virus free. c. MAWINGU has no responsibility for, or control over, the information you transmit or receive via the Service. d. It is advisable for the CUSTOMER to have available a systems administrator to resolve f. Engaging in activities that may disrupt the service is not permitted. g. Use of the service to store, reproduce, transmit, communicate or receive any materials is strictly at the CUSTOMER’s free will and accord, and MAWINGU has no responsibility to screen or restrict access to such content and shall not be held liable for any action or inaction with respect to any such content on the internet as accessible through the service. h. The CUSTOMER shall be responsible for and bear all the risk and consequences for the accuracy, completeness, reliability and/or usefulness of any content available via the service; and all communications that the CUSTOMER sends or receives via the internet service. i. MAWINGU does not guarantee the security of any data the CUSTOMER sends or receives via the service j. Use of the Services or the Content in any way that MAWINGU in its sole and absolute discretion consider objectionable, inappropriate, likely to cause harm to the company brand and reputation, or otherwise, is not permitted k. Accessing the Services. Access to the Digital Tool is available through your existing Teachers Pay Teachers account (“Account”) . Not all Resources may be eligible for use with the Digital Tool and only those indicating availability for use with the Digital Tool may be used, modified, and shared in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for keeping your Account secure and ensuring against unauthorized use or disclosure of your Account login credentials. You are responsible for all activity taking place on your Account and any use of the Digital Tool under your Account. The use of certain functionality or features of the Digital Tool may require you to have access to or an account with a third-party service. You are responsible for obtaining access to any such services, any costs associated therewith, and for understanding the terms and privacy statements regarding using and sharing personal information with any such third-party services. TpT is not responsible for obtaining your right to use any third party services, for any costs or damages that may arise from your use of any third party services, for the operation or actions of third parties you choose to interact with through our services, or for your disclosure of any personal information to any third parties. Personal Information of Teachers that TpT processes in connection with the Digital Tool is governed by our Privacy Policy and Student Information is governed by our Student Privacy Policy.
