Examples of Access Only in a sentence
During the Term only, Licensee will be granted access to the Access Only Journals listed in Section 3.2 first published during the Term.
In addition to, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in, the foregoing provisions of this subparagraph (6), and to the extent that the benefit referred to in this sentence is more favorable to the Executive than the benefit conferred by the foregoing provisions of this subparagraph (6), upon termination of employment, the Executive shall be entitled without limitation as to period to enroll in Access Only Benefits, as defined in the NextEra Energy, Inc.
Specifically, the required attributes shall include: • Centralization: Data is managed in one location • Virtual: Data resides in a flexible cloud environment • Restricted Access: Only authorized users can access the data • No Downloads: Users interact with the data remotely to derive value • Transferable: Ownership and management of the data repository to be transferred easily without the physical transfer of data The Data Plan shall be consistent with the corresponding Evaluation Plan (see Task 3).
