Account Access Device definition

Account Access Device means any device used to access any Account including without limitation an ATM, a computer, a telephone, a Mobile Device, and any other such device the Credit Union may from time to time permit you to use to access the Account.
Account Access Device means any device used to access any Account, including without limitation an ATM, a computer, a telephone, a Mobile Device, a Debit Card, and any other such device Vancity may from time to time permit the Member to use to access the Account.

  • You acknowledge that the availability of Account services, including services requiring an Account Access Device or a Debit Card depends on telecommunications systems, computer hardware and software, and other equipment, including equipment belonging to the Credit Union and Third Parties, and as a result the Credit Union cannot guarantee the provision of uninterrupted Account access and service.

  • The Credit Union may permit you to access an Account and conduct transactions through Account services, including services that require an Account Access Device or a Debit Card.

  • If You request that We issue a card or any Account Access Device to another person, You are responsible for CREDIT LIMIT/AUTHORIZATIONS: Your “Credit Limit” is the maximum amount of credit available under Your Account at any time.

  • As permitted by law, we may consider charges made by someone known to you (i.e. family member, relative, significant other, partner, roommate, coworker, friend) using your card or any Account Access Device as authorized by you.

  • We may, in our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, restrict or refuse any request that we issue a card or any Account Access Device to another party.

  • If you request that we issue a card or any Account Access Device to another person, you are responsible for all charges incurred by such person until you return their card to us, or until you notify us that use of their card or any Account Access Device is no longer authorized, whichever occurs first.

  • If you make an error using an ATM, POS, other Account Access Device or otherwise through the Remote Access Services, you must immediately contact Vancity’s Member Services Centre.

  • Vancity is not required to confirm the identity or authority of any person who conducts Transactions or provides Instructions using the Remote Access Services or through an Account Access Device or POS and may rely upon Remote Instructions as genuine.

  • You further acknowledge that to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the Account through the Account Access Device, you will sign out of Direct Services and, where applicable, close the browser when finished using it.

  • Vancity, in its discretion, may restrict the amount of withdrawals that can be made, or require notice periods for withdrawals, including maximum amounts that you can withdraw, pay or Transfer through a POS or Remote Account Access Device, or in cash at a branch.

  • Access Device means a card, plate, code, account number, per- sonal identification number, electronic serial number, mobile identi- fication number, or other telecommunications service, equipment, or instrument identifier or means of account access that alone or in conjunction with another device may be used to:

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇.

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
