Additional Contract definition

Additional Contract means a Contract identified in the List of Contracts delivered pursuant to Section 2.02(a) that is not an Initial Contract.
Additional Contract means an agreement, other than this Agreement that enables or will enable the Customer to access a volume of water from the Regulated Area.
Additional Contract is defined in Section 5.13.

More Definitions of Additional Contract

Additional Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
