If fewer than eight (8) contractors are available under the Financial and Performance Audits State Term Contract, and authorized to provide the type of services being requested, the Customer shall send the RFQ to all of the contractors available under the Financial and Performance Audits State Term Contract that are authorized to provide the type of services being requested.
To the extent any of the terms of this Amendment conflict with the terms of the Term Contract, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
The Term Contract is extended for a period of six months pursuant to the same terms and conditions of the Term Contract and any executed written amendments, with a new Term Contract expiration date of November 30, 2025.
