Additional Data Remittance Date. With respect to any Distribution Date and (i) the Master Servicer and the Servicers (other than SPS and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo), no later than 12:00 noon (New York City time), five Business Days prior to such Distribution Date, (ii) SPS, no later than the earlier to occur of (1) 12:00 noon (New York City time) on the second Business Day following the end of the related Prepayment Period and (2) 12:00 noon (New York City time) one Business Day prior to the related Cash Remittance Date, and (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, on the second Business Day following the end of the related Prepayment Period.

With respect to any Countrywide Serviced Mortgage Loan, the payment required to be made by (i) Countrywide with respect to any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.03 of the Countrywide Servicing Agreement or (ii) the Master Servicer with respect to any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.20(b) of this Agreement.
