Additional Fixed Asset Claimholders definition

Additional Fixed Asset Claimholders means, at any relevant time, the holders of Additional Fixed Asset Obligations at that time.
Additional Fixed Asset Claimholders means, at any relevant time, the holders of Additional Fixed Asset Obligations at that time and the trustees, agents and other representatives of the holders of any Additional Fixed Asset Debt, the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by any Grantor under any Additional Fixed Asset Document and each other holder of, or obligee in respect of, any holder or lender pursuant to any Additional Fixed Asset Document outstanding at such time.

  • First Lien Claimholders means, at any relevant time, the holders of First Lien Obligations at that time, including the First Lien Lenders and the agents under the First Lien Loan Documents.

  • Additional First Lien Secured Parties means, with respect to any series of Additional First Lien Obligations, the holders of such Additional First Lien Obligations, the Additional Agent with respect thereto, any trustee or agent or any other similar agent or Person therefor under any related Additional First Lien Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Issuer or any Guarantor under any related Additional First Lien Documents.

  • Second Lien Claimholders means, at any relevant time, the holders of Second Lien Obligations at that time, including the Second Lien Lenders and the agents under the Second Lien Loan Documents.

  • Priority Lien means a Lien granted by a Security Document to the Collateral Trustee, at any time, upon any property of the Company or any other Pledgor to secure Priority Lien Obligations.

  • Additional First Lien Secured Party means the holders of any Additional First-Lien Obligations and any Authorized Representative with respect thereto, and shall include the Initial Additional First-Lien Secured Parties.
